Tomato Rice

Instructions

1. Heat some oil and add the red chilies, mustard ,cumin and hing,
2. Add channadal ,urad dal and broken cashew nuts and add hing
3. When they turn color, add the chopped onions and fry them till they turn transparent
4. Add chopped green chili and curry leaves and tomatoes
5. Fry for 5 minutes. Add any spices and keep frying for a minute.
6. Add the boiled rice and adjust the seasoning
