Train Birthday Cake

Arrange 4 of the loaves on a large serving platter or tray to look like a train.

Cut a 2 inch end off the first loaf and add to the top of the next loaf to resemble an engine. Cut about an inch off from the corner of the remaining loaf. Place the larger piece in the center of the last loaf to make the caboose. Use frosting to attach the cut pieces to the first and last loaves. Frost the engine and the other three cars all different colors.

Dab frosting on one side of an M&M to stick to the center of the chocolate cookies to make train wheels. Press the cookies to the sides of the cars.

Next, use various candy or animal crackers as cargo to decorate the cars behind the engine. Outline the cargo with sticks of licorice.

Stack gummy savers with a little frosting in between to make a smoke stack on the engine. Use popcorn or mini marshmallows for smoke. Frost and decorate a vanilla wafer to be the train conductor; place in the window of the engine.

Line the train with sticks of licorice for the train tracks.
