Tres Leche Cake

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, add the unsalted butter and sugar. Beat together until nice and floppy.
2. Put in 5 eggs and mix again. Add 1 1/2 tsp vanilla and stir. Set aside
3. Combine flour and baking soda. Mix well using spoon. Add slowly to the mixture while mixing.
4. Pour until even into 13X9 and 2 inch pan greased with oil. Put into a 350 degree oven for baking for 20 minutes.
5. Pierce with pork to create holes for the milk to sink in.
6. Combine the skin milk, evaporated milk and condense milk.
7. Gently pour all over the cake. Let sit at room temperature until cool. Then refrigerate for 4 hours
8. In a bowl, mix the heave whipping cream. Add sugar and blend.
9. Spread evenly over the top of the cake. Refrigerate and serve with mint and strawberries on top.
