Triple Berry Cupcakes Recipe With Cream Cheese Vanilla Frosting From Scratch
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
In mixer combine brown sugar and butter. Add sour cream eggs vanilla and buttermilk. Gradually add dry ingredients. Fold in fruit.
Fill jumbo baking cups 3/4 high
Bake 22 minutes at 400 degrees
Remove and cool
For frosting mix cream cheese butter and vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar until smooth. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Cover cupcakes with frosting, garnish with red sprinkles and fresh raspberries.
