Turai And Milk Curry Ridgegaurd

Instructions

1. Wash ridge gaurd well in water and cut into 1 inch pieces (do not peel the skin). Heat a tava or skillet pour 1/2 tbsp oil and put 1/4 sp cumin seeds, slit green chillies after 5sec put the ridge gourd pieces and fry them until tender. 2. Remove the pieces and cool them...meanwhile cut garlic into 1/2 inch pieces and keep aside. 3. Grind ridge gaurd pieces, garlic pieces , tamarind paste, all these to a fine paste. Add required salt mix and keep aside. 4. Heat a small woke pour 1tbsp oil,put cumin seeds when they splutter add mustard seeds, chana daal, urad daal, dry red chilli, curry leaves ,turmeric pdr and off stove ( make sure not to burn the ingredients ). 5. Pour this on the chutney and mix well. Yummy yummy ridge gourd chutney is ready ........
