Turkey Meatloaf With Corn Pudding
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Melt 3/4 of the butter in a medium saucepan over high heat. Add the flour, sugar and salt to the melted butter, stirring constantly.
Slowly stir in the milk. Cook for five minutes, stirring constantly.
Melt the remaining butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the corn to the melted butter and cook for four to five minutes.
Beat the eggs in a medium bowl, then add the milk mixture.
Combine the milk mixture with the corn in a large casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool briefly, serve and enjoy!
TURKEY MEATLOAF:
Mix together all ingredients except for 1/2 jar of marinara sauce. Place in a large cast iron skillet or 2 loaf pans and cook at 350F for 45 minutes then spread remaining marinara sauce on top and cook an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
