Wegmans Acorn Squash And Pumpkin Seed Oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

1. Season squash and shallot with salt and pepper to taste; toss with olive oil. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet. Roast 25-30 min, until squash is fork-tender.

2. Transfer to serving platter; drizzle with pumpkin seed oil.
