Bacon Jalapeo Chicken Fingers
Instructions
1. Shallow fry bacon pieces and add the chopped jalapenos to it.
2. In a bowl mix, flour, paprika, parsley and baking soda. Whisk an egg in another bowl.
3. In the third bowl take the mixture of bacon and jalapenos.
4. Coat the slices of chicken breast in flour, egg bacon jalapeno mixture and flour again.
5. Mix the remianing mixtures and add milk. Make a smooth thin batter.
6. Put the chicken slices in milk batter, cover it and refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
7. Then deep fry the chicken slices in canola oil for 6-8 minutes till golden brown.
8. Drain then and serve with some leafy salad.
