Betty's Oreo Blizzard Ice Cream Treat

Add cup milk, 1 teaspoon hot fudge topping, 2 cups vanilla ice cream, and 2 crumbled Oreo cookies to an electric blender. Blend at medium speed about a minute, or until all ingredients are combined and smooth. Do not overblend. Immediately pour blizzard mixture out into a dessert glass. Crumble 1 Oreo cookie over the top for garnish (and for eating!). Provide a long spoon and/or large-diameter straw, and serve immediately. Happy end of summer!
