Blackberry Mango Ice Cream
Instructions
1. In pan heat blackberries with 1/2 cup sugar until blackberries are broken down.
2. Blend blackberries with hand mixer then refrigerate until cold.
3. In bowl combine mango, blackberries, 1 cup sugar and milk
4. Mix in cream vanilla and salt
5. Refrigerate mix for two hours or overnight
6. Pour into ice cream mixer for 15 minutes
7. If desired freeze 4 hours or overnight before serving - otherwise eat as soft serve.
