Instructions
First mix:
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups 110 degree water
2 packages yeast
Wait 10-12 minutes until foamy
Mix:
6 cups flour
Add 1/4 cup EVoo
1 tablespoon salt
Knead 5 minutes.
Placed in a bowl coated with shortening for 1 hour cover in warm area.
Knead 5 minutes.
Place in pot coated with shortening.
Wait 1 hour covered in warm area
Cook 30 minutes covered 15 minutes uncovered at 450 degrees
