Instructions
1. Make paste as per video. Dump over chicken and mix well, let marinade for as long as you can, but at least 30 minutes.
2. Grill chicken thighs until fully cooked, roughly 35 minutes.
Chef's Note: Making wet spice pastes is great way to add the flavors of any country. Italian, Thai, Mexican, Spanish, Greek, Jamaican, Morocco.....you name it. Be creative..these wet spice pastes or rubs bring tons of flavor to the finished grilled chicken or even steak.
