Bread And Butter Pudding

Instructions

1) Butter your sliced white bread.
2) Arrange the bread in a dish buttered side up. Sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon and a handful of sultanas.
3) Repeat steps 1 and 2 twice.
4) In a bowl, whisk 5 egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, 1-2 tsp vanilla essence, and slowly pour in 500 ml thickened cream.
5) Pour mixture into the pan.
6) Bake in the oven at 170-190 C for 30 minutes.
