Breakfast Tacos

Instructions

1. Cut the tomato and remove the core. Chop tomato and parsley finely.
2. In a medium heat pan, melt the butter and crack 4 eggs. Stir well and scramble the egg.
3. Add the chopped parsley and tomato. Also add the tabasco, salt and pepper.
4. Prepare the Tortillas and spread the egg mixture. Fold the sides either close or open according to your desire.
