Brewzzi Steamed Mussels

Instructions

1. Heat a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add oil.
3. Wait until oil starts to smoke and add the onions.
4. Saut for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add garlic, mussels, wine, parsley, salt and pepper.
6. Cover pan immediately.
7. Give pan a good shake, and let steam for about 2 minutes.
8. Check to see if the mussels have opened; if not, let steam for another minute.
9. If some mussels have not opened, discard them. Don't cook any longer then 3 minutes because mussels are very easy to overcook and they become rubbery.
