Candied Popcorn
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 15 x 10-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Put popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
2 Combine egg white, honey, vanilla, salt and Splenda in a small mixing bowl, whisk until blended. Stir in peanuts. Pour mixture over popcorn and toss to coat.
3. Spread mixture in prepared pan and bake 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread on waxed paper to cool.
4. Store in an airtight container.
