Char Siu Pork Stir Fry
Instructions
Heat a wok over a high heat. Add 1 tsp oil and swirl around wok. Cook pork strips in batches for 1-2 minutes or until golden, adding a little more if necessary. Transfer to a large plate.
Add green shallots, beans and snow peas to wok and stir fry for 1 minute. Add 1 tbs water and cover. Cook for 1 minute. Add char siu sauce, water, walnuts with pork. Toss until well combined and heated through. Spoon noodles onto serving plates. Top with stir-fry and serve immediately.
