Cheese Blintzes
Instructions
1) Mix flour, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
2) In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, and then whisk.
3) Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Whisk well. Gradually add water.
4) For the filling, combine farmers cheese, sugar, and egg yolk. Mix with a fork.
5) Grease a large frying pan with vegetable oil. Make the blintzes.
6) To serve, spread filling onto blitzes and fold.
