Cherry Cheese Cake With Fresh Cherries From Scratch
Instructions
Combine ingredients for crust. Place in 9" coated spring form pan
Whip room temperature cream cheese
Add flour and vanilla
Add condensed milk
Combine until creamy
Add eggs one at a time
Pour over crust in pan
Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees with a pan with 1/2 inch water on bottom of oven
NOTE: This recipe showed a perfect top with no cracking!
Cool and refrigerate cake overnight
Simmer cherries with sugar for 1 hour minutes. Reduce heat and cool to room temperature and pour over cake.
