Chicken Balls And Orange Sauce
Instructions
Mix all the spices, flour, cornstarch, salt and coat chicken in it. Add an egg, water to it and make a thick batter. Cover and chill for 10 minutes. Then add orange juice, lemon juice and minced garlic. Further add ginger powder, szechun peppercorn, tarragon to it. Now add brown sugar and sugar, hoison sauce, soy sauce, orange zest. Stir it on medium heat and add sauce thickener. Stir it till thick and syrupy and add orange pieces. Keep aside. Deep fry chicken pieces, drain. Serve the chicken balls with orange sauce.
