Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
Instructions
1. Crumble sausage into a medium skillet. Add chopped onions and stir well.
2. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown; drain.
3. In a chopping board, chop the red chili pepper.
4. In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, salt, and milk. Whisk until mixed.
5. Add the egg mixture and flour. Whisk well and set aside.
6. Add spinach and pepper. Spread it out before pouring the wet mixture.
7. Put in oven for about 425 degrees in 2 minutes. Cool it down before freezing it. Then bake again.
