Clay Pot Rice
Instructions
1. Start cooking the rice mixture in a clay pot.
2. Meanwhile, fry A over low-medium fire till aromatic. 2 minutes.
3. Add B, turn to high heat, fry for 2 minutes.
The chicken meat should be 90% cooked.
4. Add to top of the rice already cooked by
90% in the clay pot.
5. Cover and cook for further 5 minutes.
6. Serve after another 10 minutes to ensure each rice grain is thoroughly cooked.

Garnish with cut chili, spring onion.
