Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In separate bowl combine dry ingredients
3. Cream together sugars and butter
4. Add vanilla
5. Add Egg
6. Add dry ingredients
7. Roll into balls and flatten on coated cookie sheet
8. Bake for 15 minutes

12 oz. Sweetened Shredded Coconut
1/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup White Sugar

1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Baking Flour
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
