Stuffing the hen:
Stuff the hen with the mixed filling and close it using sticks. Tie the legs together using the sticks.

Cooking the hen:
On medium heat, pour the onion and other spices. Gently add the hen and simmer for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, gently rotate the hen and water. Cook for 30 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp of honey and cover the pan. Check 10-15 minutes before serving.
