Crock Pot Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

Instructions

1) Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
2) Add in milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
3) Pour batter into greased crock pot.
4) For the topping, mix water, brown sugar, and cocoa.
5) Pour onto batter but don't stir in.
6) Cook on high for about an hour.
7) Serve with ice cream.
