Instructions

1. Take a bowl add rice, ural dal, channa dal, fenugreek seeds, wash and soak for 6 hrs.
2. After 6 hrs blend it into a fine paste and keep it for ferment over night.
3. Next day add salt and mix.
4. Heat tava pour the batter and spread it apply oil remove once it is golden brown color.
