Duck Stew In Beer Sauce

3. Heat some oil. Put the dry chili and Sichuan pepper into the wok to fry for 20 seconds, and then add the duck pieces. After another one minute of frying, add the sugar and thick soy sauce. Pour in the saved sauce and beer.
4. Turn up your stove to boil the soup, and then when its boiling, turn down the stove a bit to simmer the soup until it gets very thick, and then its ready to serve.
