Fiesta Corn Relish
Instructions
1. In a medium to large mixing bowl, add an 11 oz. can white shoepeg corn, drained, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper, 1/2 cup chopped red pepper, 1/2 cup snipped green onions, a 4 oz. can diced jalapeno peppers, drained, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
2. Gently blend all of the ingredients until well blended.
3. Pour the mixture out into a nice serving dish.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.
