Fig Clafoutis

Instructions

1) Butter a pie dish and arrange fig halves.
2) Whisk together 4 eggs and 1/2 cup sugar in a mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup whole milk.
3) Add 1 cup unbleached all purpose flour, 2 tbsp melted butter and pinch of salt.
4) Pour the batter to the dish with figs.
5) Bake at 350 deg F for 20-25 minutes.
6) Finish with dollop of yogurt.
