Fish Sticks

Instructions

1. Cut the fish into strips, squeeze lemon juice and add salt.
2. Season flour with salt and pepper and spread in a plate. Beat 2 eggs in another plate and spread seasoned bread crumbs in the third plate.
3. Pass the fish in the flour, then eggs, and finally in the bread crumbs. Set aside in a baking sheet.
4. Fry the fish or bake in a 375 oven until golden brown. Make rice and green salad to serve on the side.
5. Serve and enjoy eating!
