General Tsao Chicken
Instructions
1. Combine separately ingredients for flour mixture, batter and egg wash.
2. Coat chicken in egg wash, then flour mixture, then egg wash again, then batter.
3. Set aside on wax paper
4. Heat oil to 375 degrees
5. Fry until golden brown - dry on paper towel and remove oil
6. Add garlic and sauce and peppers into wok - bring to a boil
7. Stir in cooked chicken and serve
