Gluten Free Banana Lemon Bread

Procedure:
Cream together butter and sugar in a kitchen aid. In the mean time puree eggs and bananas and pour mixture into creamed butter and sugar. Zest and juice 1 lemon right into creamed butter mixture as well. In a separate bowl sift together all dry ingredients and then pour into creamed butter mixture. Pour into a pan that has been greased and floured (rice flour) and bake in the oven on 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
