Take 2-3 eggs and whisk them in a bowl.
Chop the shallots and garlic into small pieces.
Take a pan and put butter.Heat it.
Add the chopped shallots and garlic into the pan. Saute them for few minutes. For more spicy taste, you can use organic garlic.
Spread the beaten egg into the heated pan.
Add the chopped basil and cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley and your omelette is ready to eat.
