Preparation Directions:
~ Melt butter in large skillet; add mushrooms, green pepper and sausage. Saut until sausage is no longer pink. Remove from heat drain and cool slightly.
~ Whisk egg together with flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in mushroom mixture, cottage cheese, jack cheese, bacon and olives. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
~ Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 15 minutes more or until set and lightly browned.
