Ground Beef And Pepper Curry
Instructions
Chop up the onion.
Set a skillet on the stove and start browning the ground beef.
While the ground beef is cooking, wash and peel the celery, green onions, green pepper and carrots, then dice them.
When the ground beef is done and no pink remains, drain the excess fat.
Add the water and spices. Blend fully.
Add the vegetables.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stir in tomato sauce, milk and corn starch. Mix thoroughly.
Bring curry mixture to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir roughly every 10 minutes. If the curry is starting to dry out, add another 1/4-1/2 cup water.
