Habaero Honey Hickory Chicken
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix half chopped habaenro peppers, red wine vinegar, liquid smoke, olive oil, black pepper, cilantro and salt.
2. Rub it on a chicken, cover and marinate it for 1 to 24 hours in refrigerator.
3. Place the chicken on a grilling tray and rub habanero honey sauce on it.
4. Bake it for 40 minutes at 400 F. And serve.
Habanero honey sauce:
1. Mix habanero chilis, honey, cilantro and lemon juice. Stir it well. The sauce is ready.
