Herb Rubbed Pork Chops With Fire Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Instructions

Trim fat from chops. Brush both sides of chops with lemon juice. Stir together thyme, marjoran, and ginger, rub onto both sides of chops. Place chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3-4 inches from the heat for 8-10 min or till no pink remains and juices run clear, turning onces.
