Instructions

1. Saute the onion and garlic with salt and pepper.
2. Add the cream. Add the shrimp, the salmon and the sea scallop. Add the fresh thyme and stir up. Let it simmer.
3. Add some filling, then add the crab meat. Wait for 20-30 minutes.
4. Put the mixture of seafood in the fillo dough. Fold it and put it in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
5. Cook the sauce, saute the onion, cream, mint, and juice. When done, prepare them on a plate and arrange.
6. Serve and enjoy eating.
