Homemade Chili

Instructions

In a pan, pour 2 tsp of olive oil in a medium heat. Saute onion, bell pepper and minced garlic until soft and tender.
Puree 1 of 2 cans of rotel tomatoes in a blender. Push vegetables to the sides. 1 1/2 pounds ground beef add 2 tsp chili powder. brown meat and chop with flat wooden utensil, stir in rotel tomatoes and add 1 can pinto beans.
Simmer low for 30-40 mins.
