How To Cook Pork Chops
Instructions
Rinse 4 pork chops in water. Thin pork chops are prefered, about 1/2 an inch thick.
In a large mixing bowl, combine pork chops and apple cider vinegar. Allow to sit for 4 hours. Turn 2 or 3 times.
When ready to pan fry, do not wash marinade off.
Heat a frying pan.
Fry the pork chops in the marinade over a high heat for 3 minutes each side until brown.
Remove from frying pan.
Clean pan to remove any excess apple cider vinager and pour vegetable oil or any oil you wish to use such as olive oil to heat.
Finely chop the garlic and cook in a hot pan, careful not to burn.
Turn down the heat and return pork chops to the pan and cover.
Turn occasionally and cook until golden brown.
