Italian Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe With Fresh Herbs Mozzarella And Bacon
Instructions
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon bacon fat in hot skillet
Cut a pocket into chicken breast
Fill with mozzarella fresh herbs and bacon
Seal with toothpicks
Dip in egg wash, then flour mixture, egg wash again and panko crumbs
Fry all sides until golden brown
Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes to insure chicken is cooked
