Kadai Bhendi
Instructions
Cut okra/bhendi to 1inch pieces and deep fry them keep aside.
In a pan heat oil fry jeera, garlic pieces, ginger pieces, green chillies for 1min now fry chopped onions until they are transculent add chopped tomato pieces until they are soft.
Now add fried bhendi, coriander powder, chillie powder, garam masala powder, amchoor powder and salt.
Let it cook for 3min with lid on top of it.
