Korean Bean Sprout Side Dish Sukjunamul

Today we are making a bean sprout side dish. We call this suk-ju-namul. I have listed the ingredients below.

Ingredients:

- 1 Bag of Bean Sprouts
- 2 Green Onions
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder

- Parboil the bean sprouts for 4 minutes.
- Rinse bean sprouts in cold water.
- Squeeze out some of the excess water.
- Add the ingredients.
- Mix together.
- Serve as a side dish.
