Lasagna

Instructions

1. Heat butter in a saucepan. Add onions and saute them until transparent.
2. Add minced beef, salt and pepper. Add mixed herbs. Cover it and let it cook. keep stirring.

3. To make white sauce, heat butter and add flour. saute it until aromatic.
4. Take it off the flame and add milk. Keep stirring.
5. Add cheese, mustard and cook until sauce thickens.
6. Put the some beef in a baking dish. LAy lasagne sheets and then some beef over it.
7. Put some crushed meat and white sauce. Repeat the steps until done.
8. Now top it with mushroom and cheese.
9. Bake it for 35-40 minutes. Serve.
