Lean, Mean Three Bean Salad
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, and 1/4 cup chopped red pepper.
2. Mix well. Drain all 3 cans of beans and add them to the dressing.
3. Stir gently, until all flavors are intermingled.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Pour from mixing bowl into a serving bowl. Serve cold.
