Instructions

1. Combine meat, shrimp, and vegetables in a medium bowl. Stir in sugar, cornstarch-water mixture, soy sauce, sesame oil, and beaten egg. Season with salt, sugar, and pepper.
2. Mix ingredients well. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on one end of each wrapper and roll tightly like a cigarette.
3. Seal ends of wrappers with water.
4. Deep fry and serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce.
