Mango With Coconut Sticky Rice
Instructions
1) Cut right down the middle to the bottom of the pit. Do on both sides.
2) Cut into about half an inch wide.
3) Skin the mango like a fish.
4) Stick the mangoes to the rice.
5) Put 3 cups of rice in a bowl.
6) In a pan, heat 1 can of coconut milk with 1/3 cup sugar and 1 spoonful of salt until the sugar dissolves.
7) Pour the milk into the bowl with rice and refrigerate.
8) Serve with the mangoes.
