Meat Lovers Pizza - Home Made Pizza Recipe
Instructions:
Heat 1 cup water to 110 degrees
Add 1 tablespoon sugar
1 package yeast (.25 oz.)
Wait at least 10 minutes until foamy
In mixing bowl combine:
2-1/2 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Mix and then knead 5 minutes
Cover in coated bowl for 1 hour
Knead 5 minutes, split into two pieces
Roll out to shape pizza tray
Bake for 6 minutes at 450 degrees
Sauce:
6 oz. tomato paste
8 oz. tomatoe sauce
1 minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon each red and black pepper
Top 1/2 done crust with sauce mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bacon
Bake for another 8 minutes
NOTE: For a crispier crust bake at 500 degrees 7 minutes, remove from oven flip over, add toppings and bake for 10 minutes.
