Mediterranean Pasta Salad
Instructions
Boil the pasta in a pot with salted water (1). Wash and cut the tomatoes into quarters or eights, depending on their dimension, and cut the black olives into circles (2-3).
Drain the tuna in oil (4) into a bowl, where you'll add also the tomatoes (5) and the roughly chopped basil: stir well (6).
Drain the pasta very al dente and stop the cooking process by rinsing it under running cold water (7), then add the pasta into the bowl once it's well drained and cold (8). Now add the black olives (9), the mozzarella cherries (10) and the tuna, which you've previously crumbled with fork prongs (11): stir and let everything rest for at least an hour before serving, drizzling some extra virgin olive oil on top (12).
