Mediterranean Style Halibut
Instructions
Season halibut with salt and pepper, and saute in olive oil. Use butter to help brown. Set fish aside and saute garlic, capers, olives, and white onions until caramelized. Deglaze with white wine. add in all other remaining ingredients and cook fora few minutes on high heat. Place halibut back in the saute pan and finish in the oven on 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Enjoy
